An Australian, a Scandinavian and a friendship that began a decade ago, the first thing we found to have in common is that we both love Australia. Together we decided that it would be exciting, fun and satisfying to bring all of our favourite things from Australia to Scandinavia, and so born in AUSTRALIA was created. With backgrounds in sales and marketing, business development and general management and an active network in Sweden, we are enthusiastic and excited about providing Australian products to the Scandinavian markets.
The Nordic countries are a geographical and cultural region in Northern Europe and the North Atlantic. It consists of five countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden) as well as their autonomous regions (the Åland Islands, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland). The Nordic countries have much in common in their way of life, history, language and social structure. Politically, Nordic countries do not form a separate entity, but they co-operate in the Nordic Council.
